1. Determines specifications and operational feasibility by defining problem, analyzing requirements, and developing and proposing solutions.

2. Develops documentation, flowcharts and layouts to identify requirements and solutions.

3. Writes well-designed and testable codes. Reviews and assesses code quality by conducting system testing and integration when needed.

4. Produces specifications and determines operational feasibility.

8. Conducts system demo to end-users, deploy programs, and monitor and evaluate user feedback to ensure specifications are met.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field of study

• At least 3-year related work experience including web applications development using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC), test-driven development and designing interactive applications

• Proven ability to develop software in multiple programming languages

• Strong understanding of computer network infrastructure

• Familiar with Agile development methodologies

• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Oracle etc.

• Excellent communication skills and with ability to work collaboratively

• Resourceful and with debugging aptitude
