Job summary

Apex Group is hiring a Software Developer, Product Engineering to join our global DevOps team in Makati City. The role overlaps with EU hours and focuses on bespoke applications, integrations, automation platforms, and data feeds.

You’ll ensure availability and performance of critical systems across on‑premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software development, strong C#/.NET and Python skills, and solid SQL with ETL concepts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software development, preferably with production pipelines.
• Strong OOP, exception handling and multi-layered architecture understanding.
• Analytical ability to reconcile data across front ends, reporting, integrations, and databases.
• Proficient with C#/.NET APIs and Python (Airflow) and related patterns.
• SQL debugging and stored procedures knowledge.
• Familiar with ETL, job orchestration and error handling in data workflows.
• Hands-on with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and issue tracking.
• Awareness of monitoring/alerting and log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of in-house apps and data flows.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infra and development teams on deployments and migrations.
• Monitor data feeds and application workflows (Airflow, .NET) during US hours.
• Improve code quality through reviews, tests and backlog grooming.

This role will operate in a **EU-Overlap** and provide hands-on support, monitoring, maintenance, enhancement, and development of **bespoke in-house developed applications, integrations, automation platforms, reporting solutions, and data feeds**.This role sits at the intersection of **application support, software development, troubleshooting, database engineering, automation, and DevOps practices**.
