Job summary

BENPOS SYSTEMS is seeking a software projects coordinator with a background in computer engineering, CS, or IT to drive development initiatives across multiple projects and teams.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong leadership, mentoring ability, and solid communication to guide the team through project lifecycles while delivering high-quality software on schedule in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS Computer Engineering, BS Computer Science or BS Information Technology.
• 1 year of relevant experience in software development or related role.
• Experience in project management and ability to plan and coordinate software development projects.
• Strong leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in software development methodologies.
