Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Communication, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in video editing, multimedia production, or a similar creative role.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, audio editing, and basic animation is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of video formats and content requirements for various social media platforms.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Good sense of composition, typography, color, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and creative trends.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, events, and other digital platforms.
• Organize and manage raw video footage, audio, graphics, and other digital assets.
• Create video edits with appropriate pacing, transitions, music, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Develop short-form content such as Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos.
• Create motion graphics, animations, titles, and other visual elements when needed.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and other relevant teams to develop video concepts and execute creative briefs.
• Ensure all video content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final outputs within established deadlines.
• Assist in creating other multimedia materials such as graphics, photos, presentations, and digital assets when required.
• Stay updated on current video editing techniques, social media trends, visual styles, and emerging multimedia tools.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure proper storage and archiving of completed projects.
