Social Media & Marketing Production Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Social Media & Marketing Production Coordinator manages our brand’s digital presence and acts as the central link between internal teams, our ad agency, and external media vendors. This role requires excellent written and spoken English communication skills and involves coordinating agency social content, turning sales testimonials into organic posts, and serving as the internal project coordinator for a special brand video campaign—managing timelines, vendor logistics, and communication with external production houses and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Coordination & Campaign Alignment
- Serve as the daily point of contact for the external ad agency, conducting clear, professional communications.
- Share campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and product updates to align agency deliverables with internal goals.
- Review, provide feedback on, and approve agency-produced social calendars and visual assets.
Internal Content & Testimonial Gathering
- Coordinate with the Sales department to gather customer testimonials, case studies, and real project highlights.
- Format sales feedback, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes content into engaging, grammatically polished English posts (carousels, reels, quotes).
Channel Management & Community Engagement
- Oversee organic posting schedules across platforms and handle daily community engagement (monitoring comments and DMs) using an articulate, brand-appropriate tone.
- Route incoming sales inquiries or leads directly to the Sales team.
Special Video Projects & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the internal liaison for external media partners, including video production houses, freelance crews, and audio/visual suppliers.
- Coordinate production schedules, shoot logistics, vendor briefings, and on‑site requirements for corporate and brand video projects.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, production deliverables, and supplier invoices to keep media projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (ability to draft clear briefs, write engaging copy, and conduct professional vendor/agency meetings).
- Experience: Preferably 2–3 years in marketing coordination, social media management, agency account handling, or media production coordination.
- Social & Copywriting Skills: Strong organizational ability for content planning, community management, and quick content assembly (Canva/CapCut).
- Production Literacy: Familiarity with video production workflows, vendor management, and coordinating on‑location shoots or video campaigns.
- Organization & Communication: Strong project management skills to balance ad agency deliverables, video vendors, and internal sales requests smoothly.
