Insta Post Advertising Agency OPC' is seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join our thriving digital marketing team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve our clients' marketing objectives. This position is based in our Marikana City, Metro Manila office.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Create and curate engaging, high‑quality content that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns to drive desired outcomes, such as increased followers, likes, shares, and click‑throughs.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with overall brand and marketing strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
• Responsible for managing social media platforms and handling direct client accounts, including communication and client support.
