Job summary

GH Premier Review Center in Manila is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to support the Digital Marketing team. You will develop engaging content, manage social media channels, and monitor audience engagement.

You will use performance insights to improve our digital communications, apply basic SEO, and stay updated on new social features. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Relations will ensure content aligns with brand goals and drives

Qualifications

• Develop and implement social media initiatives aligned with the company's marketing goals and target audience.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across relevant social media platforms, including written, visual, and short-form video content.
• Maintain an organized content calendar and coordinate publishing schedules with the Digital Marketing team.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, captions, promotional materials, and other digital content.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and other forms of audience interaction and ensure timely and appropriate responses.
• Maintain the company's social media profiles and help ensure that published information remains accurate, relevant, and consistent with the brand.
• Track social media performance and prepare insights based on engagement, reach, audience growth, and other relevant metrics.
• Identify content trends, audience interests, and opportunities that may improve online engagement.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research to support content planning and digital campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations, and other departments to align digital content with company initiatives.
• Apply basic SEO and digital marketing principles when developing online content.
• Contribute ideas for improving the company's social media presence, content quality, and audience experience.
• Stay updated on emerging social media features, content formats, and digital marketing practices.
