Alignerr is seeking a Social Media Content Evaluator (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will review AI-generated posts, captions, and comments to ensure authenticity, on-trend voice, and genuine engagement across platforms.

A strong pulse on social media culture and platform norms is essential. No marketing degree or content creation background is required; just familiarity with how content lands and what good content looks like.

Social Media Content Evaluator (AI Training)

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a strong pulse on social media culture and a sharp eye for what makes content land. No marketing degree or content creation background required — just real familiarity with how social media works and what good content looks like.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a variety of platforms and formats
• Evaluate content for tone, relevance, engagement potential, and overall quality
• Identify content that feels unnatural, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or inappropriate
• Provide structured feedback on trending topics, cultural references, and voice
• Rate content using clear evaluation frameworks and written commentary
• Complete task-based assignments independently, on your own schedule

Who You Are

• An active social media user with genuine familiarity with current trends, formats, and platform culture
• Able to recognize what makes content engaging, authentic, and shareable — and what falls flat
• Culturally aware and attuned to nuance, context, and tone
• Detail-oriented with a consistent, thoughtful approach to evaluation
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No marketing, content creation, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in content creation, community management, digital marketing, or social media strategy
• Familiarity with multiple platforms — Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
• Background in communications, journalism, media, or cultural studies
• Experience with quality evaluation or content moderation workflows
