Key Responsibilities:
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Report data, target achievement and plans to superior on weekly and monthly basis.
- Work as part of the Marketing Team to ensure successful execution of marketing plans from layouting to digital works and field works that would benefit the marketing plans.
- Manage confidential files like PIS, POS/IGS, calendars and other shared documents.
- Provision of Collaterals to sales regarding the postings on shops and other necessary layout.
- Perform other tasks related to marketing as assigned from time to time by your manager.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries on social media platforms are answered in an on-brand, timely and correct manner. Customer complaints regarding damages, refunds, and incorrect items must be prioritized and must be answered within 3 hours upon receipt during business hours, weekends, and holidays.
- As the need arises, assist the E-commerce Specialist in customer inquiries on E-commerce platforms. Customer complaints regarding damages, refunds, and incorrect items must be prioritized and must be answered within 24 hours upon receipt during business hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Assist the Social Media Manager in creating and banking copies for Social Media postings, as aligned with the brand voice and ethos and the Brand Manager in researching for new market trends and new market opportunities.
- Manage and work together with the Social Media Manager to create engaging activities and posting through Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
- During peak season, you may be required to conduct livestream sessions even on Saturdays. However, your Saturday work will be offset with a weekday rest day.
- Assist in maintaining the reach, engagement, likes, and followers.
- Prepare shipping for PR seeding and summary of billings.
- Assist in budget approval and budget liquidation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field
Proven experience in managing social media platforms (portfolio or page links preferred)
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other emerging platforms
Basic skills in content creation (graphic design, video editing is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze social media metrics and insights
Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with current trends
Able to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong teamwork and coordination skills
