This role focuses on content posting, audience engagement, page management, and supporting campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and online community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media posting and scheduling across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in content planning and execution based on the marketing calendar
• Coordinate with the marketing and creatives team for content materials and captions
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Ensure all posts follow brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform best practices

Qualifications
