Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Social Impact Specialist to design, coordinate, and execute social responsibility initiatives that create measurable community outcomes aligned with business priorities. You will engage cross‑functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure programs are well planned and transparently reported.

You will conduct research, analyze impact data, track outcomes, and develop clear documentation and communications for internal audiences, supporting governance and alignment

Qualifications

• Experience supporting social impact, CSR, sustainability or community programs.
• Experience conducting research, analysis, and recommendations for social initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience tracking outcomes, metrics, or reporting for programs.
• Ability to produce clear written documentation and presentations for internal teams.
• Experience collaborating across teams and functions.

The Role

As a Social Impact Specialist, you will support the design, coordination, and execution of social responsibility initiatives that create measurable community and societal outcomes aligned with business priorities. Your role will focus on research, program coordination, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure initiatives are well planned, effectively delivered, and transparently reported.

What you will do

• Research and assess social impact opportunities, including community initiatives, partnerships, and programs aligned to organizational priorities
• Coordinate the planning and execution of social responsibility initiatives across regions or functions
• Analyze current social responsibility practices and identify opportunities for improvement based on data and stakeholder input
• Track program progress, outcomes, and key metrics to support reporting and decision making
• Prepare clear documentation, updates, and summaries to communicate impact to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, nonprofit partners, and external organizations to support program delivery
• Support governance, compliance, and process consistency for social impact initiatives

• Experience supporting social impact, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or community programs
• Experience conducting research, analysis, and recommendations related to social or community initiatives
• Ability to coordinate programs or projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience tracking outcomes, metrics, or reporting for programs or initiatives
• Ability to produce clear written documentation, summaries, and presentations for internal audiences
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and functions

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience working with nonprofit, community, or public sector organizations
• Familiarity with social impact measurement or reporting frameworks
• Experience supporting global or multi region initiatives
• Background in corporate affairs, sustainability, or ESG related programs
