Job summary

Somewhere is seeking an experienced SOC 2 Auditor (CISA) to lead audits for SOC 1/2/3. The role involves managing client engagements, overseeing evidence gathering, and delivering high-quality audit reports. Strong IT auditing experience and familiarity with GRC tools are essential.

The candidate will liaise with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of audit artifacts across SOC examinations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on IT auditing experience.
• CISA certification is required.
• Strong understanding of SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 reporting frameworks.
• Experience with GRC and compliance tools (Vanta, Drata, Secureframe, Archer, Workiva).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC 1/2/3 audits and ensure adherence to standards.
• Act as primary client contact and provide regular updates.
• Gather and assess evidence, identify gaps, and propose remediations.
• Develop audit work papers and reports with accuracy.
• Utilize GRC tools to streamline audit workflows.
• Stay updated on regulations and evolving SOC audit practices.
• Support process improvements to enhance audit methodologies.
