Job summary

A.O.P Advance Clean-Tech Inc. is hiring a Site Engineer to oversee civil and structural projects on-site in Quezon City. You will supervise field activities, ensure quality, safety and timely delivery while coordinating with Project Engineers and other heads.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, PRC license with SO2, and 1–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, building systems or construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PRC License Civil Engineer with Safety Officer 02 (SO2).
• Experience in Property maintenance, Building Systems or Construction projects.
• Can perform cost estimation and create BOQ for construction projects.
• Proficient in 2D and 3D AutoCAD software.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities, including progress monitoring, quality control and safety.
• Interpret and implement Engineering drawings, specifications and project plans.
• Collaborate with Project Engineer and other heads to resolve issues and ensure project delivery.
• Conduct Site Inspection, identify and address potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, reporting on project progress, expenses and compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to workers ensuring best practices and safety standards
