Job summary

A construction service provider is seeking an experienced Mason to follow construction plans and provide masonry services. The role requires at least one year of experience in masonry, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work independently. Candidates with an NCII Certificate or similar qualifications will be preferred. This position offers opportunities for hands-on work in various masonry tasks within the construction field.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in masonry or a similar job role.
• Experience in the construction field.
• NCII Certificate preferred or other relevant certificates considered a plus.
• Ability to work over extended periods.
• Keen attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow orders/instructions from Foreman or Engineer-In-Charge.
• Mix cement and mortar for concrete and masonry.
• Familiarity with building structure components.
• Cut and lay stone or Concrete Hollow Blocks.
• Plaster concrete/masonry surfaces as per specifications.
• Cut, fabricate, install, and remove forms from concrete structures.
• Use hand tools and power tools.
• Cut and install tiles of various sizes.
