Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Designer/Drafter (SketchUp) to turn conceptual ideas into accurate 3D models and realistic visual presentations. You will collaborate with our core team to communicate designs to clients and streamline production.

Requirements include proven SketchUp experience, proficiency with V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion, and knowledge of AutoCAD. This office-based role is located in Clark Pampanga with a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, Drafter, or 3D Modeler with SketchUp portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
• Hands-on experience with rendering plugins such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Basic knowledge or proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar 2D drafting software).
• Strong understanding of scale, spatial layout, material application, and architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling: Translate rough sketches, 2D drafts, and architectural/CAD files into accurate, cleanly structured 3D models using SketchUp.
• Scene Setup & Texturing: Apply realistic materials and textures, adjust lighting, and organize layers and components for efficient workflow and presentation.
• Rendering & Visualization: Generate high-quality visual renders using rendering plugins (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion) to support client proposals and design reviews.
• Layout & Drafting: Assist in producing functional floor plans, interior/exterior elevation concepts, and detailed draft layouts.
• Design Support: Collaborate closely with the sales, design, and project management teams to implement revision requests and maintain high aesthetic and structural standards across all project assets.

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Designer / Drafter (SketchUp) to turn conceptual ideas, rough sketches, and CAD layouts into accurate, highly detailed 3D models and realistic visual presentations. In this role, you will collaborate with our core team to bring architectural and design concepts to life, helping us communicate designs effectively to clients and streamline production.

What You’ll Do:

• 3D Modeling: Translate rough sketches, 2D drafts, and architectural/CAD files into accurate, cleanly structured 3D models using SketchUp.

• Scene Setup & Texturing: Apply realistic materials and textures, adjust lighting, and organize layers and components for efficient workflow and presentation.

• Rendering & Visualization: Generate high-quality visual renders using rendering plugins (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, or similar tools) to support client proposals and design reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, Drafter, or 3D Modeler with a strong portfolio showcasing SketchUp projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Trimble SketchUp.

• Hands-on experience with rendering plugins such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.

• Basic knowledge or proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar 2D drafting software) is preferred.

• Strong understanding of scale, spatial layout, material application, and architectural standards.

• Excellent organizational skills in keeping model layers, components, and file structures clean and efficient.

• Clear written and verbal English communication skills for collaborating with remote teams and understanding feedback.

• Experience in residential/commercial architecture, interior design, or cabinetry/millwork modeling.

• Familiarity with LayOut (SketchUp's 2D documentation tool).
