The Area / Land Scout is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential locations or properties for new branch expansion. The role involves field research, market analysis, site inspection, and coordination with property owners or brokers to secure strategic locations that meet company requirements.
Conduct field scouting to identify possible land or commercial spaces for new branch locations.
Evaluate site suitability based on accessibility, visibility, foot traffic, and target market.
Conduct initial site inspections and feasibility assessments.
Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and local government units regarding availability and requirements.
Gather and submit complete documentation including photos, site maps, and reports.
Perform competitor and market analysis within the proposed area.
Assist in lease negotiation or acquisition process.
Ensure compliance with zoning regulations and company expansion standards.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
Experience in site acquisition, real estate scouting, or expansion is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledgeable in market research and feasibility study.
Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork.
Familiar with local areas and commercial zones.
