You will engage in continuous improvement and innovation to ensure the software meets evolving needs and delivers value to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis to maintain system health.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration to support modern application environments.
