Job summary

A trusted leader in industrial cooling systems is looking for a Site Registered Nurse in Quezon City. The successful candidate will manage employee health concerns, conduct health assessments, and coordinate medical benefits. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid. This role offers competitive salary and government mandated benefits, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 2-5 years of experience as a Company Nurse or Site Nurse.
• Certified and knowledgeable in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
• Amenable to start work immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage employee health concerns and determine the need for medical referral.
• Monitor employees on extended sick leave or hospitalization and ensure appropriate follow-up care.
• Coordinate medical benefits, including HMO and government health claims.
• Maintain accurate clinic, medication, and HMO utilization reports.
• Conduct routine health assessments, including vital signs and basic physical examinations.
