Job summary

Xiangxin Construction Corp is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver quality outputs on schedule.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PRC license, and 2–3 years of site supervision experience. Candidate must be willing to relocate to Valenzuela, Metro Manila; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering as a minimum requirement.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or construction engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with plans and schedules.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, technical plans, and project specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct daily inspections of work progress, equipment, and manpower performance.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, daily logs, and project documentation.
