This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on project sites, solving problems, refining designs, and watching your work take shape on the ground. If you’re driven, detail-obsessed, and excited by residential architecture, you’ll grow fast with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Construction Methods: Research, develop, and document clear methodology for all site activities. Get them approved, integrate into the QA manual, and train workers through presentations and mock-ups.

• Team Training: Create engaging training materials, mock-up setups, and evaluations to upskill site workers effectively.

• Productivity Planning: Build optimized gang sizes and activity targets using approved methods and productivity rates. Track everything from planning to execution.

• Progress Monitoring: Closely monitor site performance, report weekly progress vs targets, and drive corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
