Job summary

Canonical is seeking a Silicon Alliances Ecosystem Development Manager to drive collaboration with silicon partners worldwide. You will help shape joint roadmaps and co-create go-to-market strategies while coordinating across engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams.

The role demands strong communication, strategic thinking, and remote-first collaboration across Americas and beyond, with global travel to sprints and partner meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in science, tech, or engineering is required.
• Experience in software and system architecture is preferred.
• Customer-facing business development or technology strategy experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent Canonical, its solutions and software to partners.
• Develop deep understanding of silicon partner strategies and roadmaps; identify overlap with Canonical’s products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing and sales to define joint products and complex programs.
• Create and track robust project plans; ensure timely execution.
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns with silicon partners; manage messaging and launch plans.
• Negotiate successful contracts and agreements with partners.
