Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Hands-on experience operating machinery or production equipment.
Fresh graduates may be considered with relevant OJT/internship in machine operation or production processes.
Background in manufacturing environment, preferable in food manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and be assigned in Laguna.

Responsibilities

Execute production activities using assigned manpower, materials, equipment, and systems.
Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products to meet specifications.
Operate and perform basic upkeep of production equipment for safe, efficient operations.
Conduct routine checks of equipment and promptly report issues or abnormalities.
Perform physical handling of equipment and materials as required by the operation.
