Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in production supervision and materials management in a manufacturing environment.
• Direct experience running Kanban systems and optimizing material flow.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee SAP modules for production-related transactions.
• Lead Kanban systems; ensure timely movement of materials to production.
• Supervise receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams.
• Manage shift personnel and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Identify and drive process improvements in material flow.
• Generate shift reports and SAP dashboards.
