Responsibilities

• Sewing and Assembly: Operates sewing machines to stitch, assemble, and finish garments and other fabric products according to specifications.
• Quality Control: Ensures that all completed garments meet quality standards, inspecting each piece for defects or inconsistencies before moving to the next production stage.
• Machine Maintenance: Performs basic maintenance and troubleshooting on sewing machines to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime.
• Material Handling: Accurately follows patterns or work orders, cutting, adjusting, and handling fabrics to ensure proper fit and design specifications.
• Team Collaboration: Works with other team members, including designers and production managers, to meet production deadlines and quality goals.
