• Respond to customers' complaints immediately.
• Perform on-site water analysis testing.
• Improve and maintain all facilities installed.

• Ensure scheduled servicing is implemented properly and on time.
• Improve and maintain of all facilities installed.
• Respond to customers' complaints immediately.

• Performs on site water analysis testing and monitoring parameters include pH, TDS, Chloride, total hardness, calcium hardness, total alkalinity and partial alkalinity.
