Job Description

As a Service Technician in the automotive industry, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your role involves working directly with customers and utilizing technical expertise to provide high-quality service and support.

• Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues, as well as any necessary repairs. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Execute repairs on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service needs, repair options, and estimated costs and ensure a transparency throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed, parts used, and repairs completed in the service management system.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends through training and professional development.
• Work closely with other technicians and service staff to ensure a timely and efficient service delivery.
