Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Service Manager (Chiller) in Pasig City to supervise chiller service operations, lead field technicians, and manage client relationships. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, managerial experience, and willingness to do fieldwork.

Onsite work from Monday to Friday with a competitive gross salary range of Php 50,000–80,000. Licensed engineers are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed preferred but not required).
• Managerial experience in service operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of chiller systems and mechanical equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; willing to perform fieldwork.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise chiller service operations, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Lead and mentor field technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards
• Coordinate fieldwork schedules and monitor team performance
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely resolution of service concerns
