Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Cavite is seeking a Service Engineer to oversee service and after-sales activities. Responsibilities include coordinating between departments, managing technicians, and providing technical support. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in service engineering or technical support preferred.
• Prior experience in motor controls and electric motors required.
• Experience in start-up and testing of equipment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge about fans or ventilation equipment is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with relevant training or internship experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accomplishments of all service and after-sales activities.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production teams for manpower requirements.
• Manage and supervise service technicians for quality service delivery.
• Provide technical support during equipment start-up and testing.

Job Description

To monitor and ensure timely accomplishment of all service and after-sales activities. The Service Engineer will coordinate with the Project-in-charge, Quality and Production departments for technical and manpower support, and improve service efficiency through accurate reporting and proper planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accomplishments of all service and after-sales activities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production teams for manpower requirements.
• Ensure efficient execution of service work through accurate documentation and reporting.
• Manage and supervise service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide technical support during start-up and testing of equipment.
• Maintain service records and generate performance reports.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to resolve service issues.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical, or any related field.
• Experience:
• • Minimum of 1–2 years of service engineering or technical support role is preferred.

  • Experience in start-up and testing of equipment is an advantage.
