Potential Full-Time SEO Manager for Multi-City Websites

We’re hiring an SEO Specialist based in the Philippines to help scale a growing network of city-based seminar websites across the United States. This is not a typical SEO role.

You must already have 2 years of SEO experience and success. This role is focused on scaling and optimizing existing systems, not learning SEO fundamentals.

You won’t just be working on one website; you’ll be helping improve and scale SEO across multiple sites using a structured, repeatable approach. If you’re someone who enjoys both execution and thinking strategically about how to scale results, this role offers a strong long-term opportunity.

About This Role

This role is focused on improving and scaling SEO performance across multiple websites through structured systems, not one-off optimizations. You will be responsible for improving search rankings, increasing organic traffic, and helping generate inbound leads across multiple websites.

We already have:

• 12 city-based websites with pages built out and we’re expanding to 70 sites worldwide
• A unique page and site creation system so all sites are unique
• Content being produced consistently by a full time AI content creator
• Internal page structure – authority page, hub page, individual seminar pages

Your role is to optimize, improve, and scale what’s already in place.

You’ll be working across multiple similar websites, which means:

• You’ll develop repeatable SEO systems, not just one-off fixes
• You’ll see what works, and apply it across many sites
• You’ll have the opportunity to create scalable improvements, not just incremental ones

Your Core Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve on-page SEO standards (title tags, headings, page structure, and keyword targeting) across all sites
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations for our content and site-building team to implement
• Improve rankings for city-based keyword pages through strategic optimization and guidance
• Analyze page structure and search intent alignment, identifying specific opportunities to improve performance
• Design and refine internal linking systems across multiple city sites to support scalability
• Identify keyword opportunities and map them to the appropriate pages within our structure
• Perform ongoing technical SEO oversight (indexing, crawlability, site performance) and flag issues for resolution
• Review existing content and provide structured feedback to improve rankings and clarity
• Guide content creation by defining what high-performing pages should include (sections, topics, depth)
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console and analytics platforms, and translate data into actionable improvements
• Document processes and recommendations so they can be consistently applied across all current and future sites
• Provide weekly updates summarizing actions taken, insights discovered, and next steps

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days

• You identify and prioritize key SEO opportunities across our sites
• You provide actionable recommendations for improving page structure and search intent alignment
• You begin guiding our content and site-building team with specific direction
• Indexing improves and early impressions begin increasing

60 Days

• Your recommendations are consistently implemented across key pages
• Internal linking systems are improved and applied across sites
• Target pages begin showing early ranking movement
• Clear patterns emerge around what is working

90 Days

• Measurable ranking improvements for key city-based keywords
• Organic traffic shows consistent growth
• A repeatable, scalable SEO system is defined and being applied across multiple sites

Who This Role Is For
