Full Scale, a fully remote-first tech company, is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to optimize search performance for a US-based client. This role is open to Philippine-based candidates and offers a 100% remote setup.

You will lead technical and on-page SEO, conduct keyword research, optimize WordPress content, monitor rankings, and report data-driven improvements. Strong English, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote team are essential, with exposure to GA4,

Qualifications

• Proven experience with technical, on-page and off-page SEO, plus content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and SEO tools (SEMrush or equivalent).
• Ability to analyze keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO metrics for data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to manage and optimize SEO efforts for our U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate has strong experience in technical and on-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and SEO performance analysis.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with excellent English proficiency and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Experience working with U.S.-based or international clients, familiarity with Google Search Console and GA4, and experience managing high-volume content production and SEO reporting are preferred.
