Cognizant is seeking a Workday Integration Senior Principal Consultant to collaborate with business and technical teams on complex integration projects. You will drive requirements, design interfaces, and ensure successful deployments across CVS and AMS engagements.

With 7+ years in Workday implementations, you will lead workshops, communicate technical impacts, and mentor teams while delivering high-quality, scalable integration solutions for a dynamic, global client base.

Qualifications

Active Workday Integration Certification
Experience with WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, and Workday Studio
7+ years of Workday implementation experience
Strong consulting and presentation skills
Ability to manage customer expectations and multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Engage with business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements and drive sign-off
Assess and communicate technical impacts of configuration decisions
Create detailed interface specifications and data mappings
Lead design workshops with CVS and Implementations projects
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
Transfer knowledge to clients on operating interfaces to a SaaS platform
Track issues and risks and communicate status to project management
Review architectures to ensure alignment with client requirements
