Job summary

Sven in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Sr. Video Creative to lead high-impact video work from concept to finish. You will interpret storyboards, cut, animate, score, color-grade, and supervise post-production while guiding junior teammates.

Expect collaboration across production activities, lighting direction, camera work, and asset management, with emphasis on delivering polished digital content in a fast-paced agency setting and contributing to a great workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, etc.).
• Proven production and post-production skills with a strong portfolio.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret storyboards.
• Creatively execute video materials (cutting, animation, scoring and sound design, color grading, etc.).
• Participate in production activities including lighting direction, camera operation, and recording.
• Ensure equipment and files are secured and accounted for after shoots.
• Provide expert recommendations for shoot and post-production during pre-production alignments.
• Guide junior members as needed.
• Properly manage all video files.
