Job summary

PW PHILIPPINES CORPORATION seeks a Valuations Manager to lead the Deals and Advisory Services team, delivering business and asset valuations, financial modelling, transaction advisory, and strategic consulting across industries. You will oversee multiple engagements and apply diverse valuation methodologies to support mergers, investments, restructurings, and planning initiatives.

You will collaborate with partners, directors, and clients, mentor a diverse team, and drive business development

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar fields.
• 5+ years of work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A advisory or similar fields with financial analysis and valuations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis using different valuation methodologies.
• Strong people management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PwC Philippines Deals and Advisory Services team in delivering valuations, financial modelling, transaction advisory and strategic consulting.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously and oversee complex financial analyses.
• Apply a wide range of valuation methodologies to support mergers, acquisitions, investments, restructurings, and business planning.
• Mentor and develop a diverse team of professionals and foster a collaborative culture.
• Build and strengthen client relationships, contribute to business development, and ensure successful project delivery through clear communication.
