Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance user experiences and interfaces across our projects in a dynamic hybrid role in Mandaluyong City.

You will conduct user research, develop wireframes and interactive prototypes, and design responsive web and mobile interfaces that are functional and visually engaging.

We require 5+ years of UI/UX experience, a strong portfolio including mobile work, and proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing mobile apps or mobile-first experiences for iOS and/or Android.
• Portfolio includes mobile app design work, interactive prototypes, and user-centered design decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Design responsive web and mobile experiences across devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align designs with objectives.
• Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and specifications.
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive, cross‑platform, and accessible.
