Job summary
Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of automation, AI, and advanced digital solutions for externally engaged projects across RELX Business Units. This role is a key delivery enabler for the DXO-as-a-Service Program.
You will collaborate with DSH leadership, ETP, and delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into executable delivery plans, ensuring scalable solutions, rigorous delivery discipline, and measurable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, CS or related field.
- 8+ years in technical delivery roles (10+ preferred).
- Experience delivering complex multi-technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business and technical domains.
- Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support technical workflows and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across full lifecycle from ideation to maintenance.
- Partner with stakeholders across BUs to align on priorities.
- Support DSP engagements as primary delivery lead.
- Perform technical feasibility assessments and design validation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet timelines and quality.
- Ensure deployment readiness and post-go-live stability.
- Establish scalable delivery frameworks for client engagements.
- Translate technical concepts into business-facing insights.
