Job summary

APW Tech in the Philippines is seeking an experienced ERP systems analyst to design, implement, and support Oracle ERP Financials across GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management. You will define system requirements, analyze issues, and create detailed functional and technical specifications to meet business needs.

You will collaborate with business users and third-party managed services, oversee UAT coordination and QA processes, and help align ERP solutions with SDLC and project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• 3-5 years in systems analysis role.
• Experience working with third-party managed services is a plus.

1. Systems Analysis & Design

• Define system requirements and analyze system issues
• Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications
• Perform system design aligned with business requirements
• Develop architecture diagrams and integration flows
• Ensure ERP system functionality meets enterprise needs.

2. ERP Financials Support

• Support Oracle ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management)
• Manage ERP users, configurations, and documentation
• Perform report writing, query development, and data extraction
• Maintain ERP system documentation and training materials

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work with business users to gather and validate requirements
• Coordinate with third-party managed services for support and enhancements
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Assist in UAT coordination and QA processes

4. Process Improvement & Governance

• Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Support business case preparation and change requests
• Ensure alignment with SDLC and project management practices.

5. Reporting & Data Analysis

• Conduct data analysis and ensure data integrity
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports where applicable

6. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Prepare business and technical documentation
• Maintain process flows, DFDs, ERDs, and architecture diagrams

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials
• At least 3-5 years experience in systems analysis role
• Experience working with third-party managed services

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA)
• Familiarity with cloud applications and ERP architectures
• Understanding of SDLC, data modeling, and system integration
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and reporting tools
