Job summary

AECOM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a collections supervisor to manage personnel, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of accounts receivable activities. The role requires strong B2B AR experience, stakeholder management, and excellent communication.

The candidate should be adept at negotiations, detail-oriented, and comfortable with night shifts. A hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite per week) is part of the schedule as the team coordinates across departments and client accounts.

Qualifications

• Solid B2B accounts receivable experience and stakeholder management (min 3 years).
• Excellent communication skills across internal teams and external clients.
• Proven negotiation skills and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night shift and hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week).

Job Description

• Manages personnel needs, assigns work and meets deadlines.
• Interprets and ensures consistent application of company policies.
• May perform special analyses and reconcile designated accounts, etc. within assigned functional areas.
• Plans, organizes and directs the work of others in an effective manner.
• Prepares reports on department’s service levels.
• Responsible for the day-to-day direction and coordination of the collections group.

Qualifications:

• Must have solid B2B AR and stakeholder management experience of at least 3 years
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability in negotiation and high-level keenness to details
• Must be amenable to working night shift and hybrid of 3 days onsite requirement per week
