Job summary

Henkel in Makati seeks a Senior Specialist Master Data to ensure accuracy and governance of customer, vendor, and bank data in SAP. You will partner with stakeholders to support day-to-day master data operations and drive data quality and continuous improvement within a global environment.

The role requires hands-on SAP MD maintenance, MDG familiarity, and a proactive mindset to enable automation and digitalization across processes in a hybrid work setup with three onsite days per week at Ayala

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Master Data Management or data governance roles.
• Hands-on SAP with customer, vendor, and bank master data maintenance.
• Strong data governance and data quality knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and stakeholder skills.
• Familiarity with MDG, automation, AI tools, analytics platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and create customer, vendor, and bank master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy.
• Process master data requests: create, update, delete, reactivation, mass maintenance.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to minimize risk.
• Coordinate and support master data workflows, issue resolution, escalations.
• Partner with stakeholders, providing master data expertise for operations.
• Identify process gaps and drive automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Support governance, reporting, documentation, and transformation projects.

About this Position

As a Senior Specialist Master Data, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy,integrity, and governance of customer, vendor, and bank master data across theorganization. You will serve as a trusted business partner to stakeholders,supporting day-to-day master data operations while driving data quality,process improvements, and digitalization initiatives. This role is ideal forsomeone who combines strong SAP Master Data expertise with analytical thinking,stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset in a global environment.

What you´ll do

• Maintainand create customer, vendor, and bank master data records in SAP whileensuring data accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Processmaster data requests including creation, updates, deletions,reactivations, and mass maintenance activities.
• Performdata validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and minimizeoperational risks.
• Coordinateand support master data workflows, issue resolution, and escalationmanagement activities.
• Partnerwith stakeholders across the business, providing master data expertise andsupport for operational requirements.
• Identifyprocess gaps and improvement opportunities while supporting automation,digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supportgovernance activities, reporting, documentation, transformation projects,and other business initiatives as required.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor'sdegree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, BusinessAnalytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimumof 2 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, orrelated business operations.
• Hands-onexperience with SAP and Customer, Vendor, and Bank Master Datamaintenance.
• Strongunderstanding of data governance and data quality management principles,with excellent attention to detail.
• Stronganalytical, problem-solving, root cause analysis, stakeholder management,and business partnering skills.
• Experiencewith Master Data Governance (MDG), automation, digitalization, AI tools,analytics platforms, Power BI, Power Platform, or Shared Services/GlobalBusiness Services (GBS) environments is an advantage.
• Amenableto work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PH time) in a hybridwork setup, with at least three days onsite per week in Ayala Avenue,Makati.
