Motolite is seeking a hands-on professional to lead after-sales O&M field operations for solar PV, hybrid solar, and BESS installations. You will direct preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with engineering and suppliers to ensure rapid system restoration.
You will also support customer service and warranty escalations while upholding the highest safety and quality standards, and you will develop the O&M team through continuous improvement
Leads the field execution of after-sales Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for Solar PV, hybrid solar, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) installations of MES internal facilities and external customers. Ensures safe and timely preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, system restoration, and customer technical support while leading O&M technicians and coordinating unresolved concerns with Engineering, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers.

Graduate of Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Electrical Technology, Renewable Energy Technology, or related technical/vocational program.
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in electrical maintenance, solar PV, inverter systems, field service, or related technical work; solar/hybrid/BESS O&M and team‑lead experience are preferred.
Solar PV and hybrid systems, BESS/BMS, inverters, AC/DC systems, electrical protection and grounding, CTs and power meters, zero-export and backup systems, PM/CM, monitoring, and technical troubleshooting.
Registered Master Electrician (RME) is an advantage. Solar PV, BESS, electrical safety, LOTO, working‑at‑heights, or occupational safety certifications are preferred.
