The role oversees asset performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, warranty management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient operation of solar plants. The incumbent will lead technical due diligence, collaborate with EPCs and OEMs, and refine asset management strategies to enhance lifecycle

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Plant Operations and Maintenance experience.
• Over 1 year of experience related to Solar PV systems and project management.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders, permitting, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Asset Performance Management: monitor performance, PR, CF, and KPIs; produce reports.
• Operations and Maintenance: coordinate with O&M, review plans, and ensure safety.
• Regulatory and Contract Compliance: ensure DOE/ERC/BOI/DENR compliance and audits.
• Data Analytics: manage SCADA, dashboards, and technical documentation.
• Technical Management: support due diligence, engineering reviews, and handovers.
