Job summary

Catapult Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own both mobile and web within a unified healthcare platform. You will ship React Native features and React web experiences as part of a cross-functional squad, balancing senior judgment with rapid delivery.

Located in Mexico and aligned to CST hours, you will collaborate with product, drive architecture discussions, own delivery, and mentor teammates as you grow toward technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Production React Native mobile development — you've shipped apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Production React web development — mobile and web in the same role, not one or the other.
• Advanced English — you're presenting tradeoffs to product stakeholders and coordinating with US-based engineering leads daily.
• Located in Mexico — nearshore, CST-aligned hours.

Responsibilities

• Own mobile and web features end-to-end in a cross-functional squad.
• Shape requirements with product and push back when needed.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and tradeoffs.
• Ensure delivery readiness, sprint commitments, and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with US-based engineering leads and other squads.
