You will lead strategic initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and operations teams to ship impactful features, improve performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with multi-tenant SaaS
• Proficiency in Typescript, Python, Javascript
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Cloudflare) and infrastructure as code (Pulumi)
• Data storage experience with Postgres or Snowflake; SQL expertise
• Strong BI/analytics capabilities and data-driven decision making
• Experience with web performance optimization and browser optimization techniques
• Familiarity with CDNs, DNS, queues (SQS, Kinesis) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Influence company‑level goals and define the technical roadmap
• Collaborate with executives and cross‑functional teams to plan initiatives and backlogs
• Lead the design, development, and scaling of multi‑tenant SaaS features
• Ship high‑impact features with minimal guidance and ensure performance improvements
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of learning and teamwork
• Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve systems and products
