Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across G2G PH's Facebook and Instagram pages aligned with brand tone and local market trends.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars that align with product launches, promotional campaigns, and key marketing milestones.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team to localize global campaigns and adapt content for the Philippine audience.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong relationship with followers.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth), and optimize content based on data insights.
  • Work with external agencies or internal creative teams for content creation when needed (e.g., photography, video editing, design).
  • Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and beauty industry insights to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) for a consumer brand.
  • A heavy social media user, strong understanding of social media content strategy.
  • Prior experience in the beauty/skincare, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
  • Basic graphic design, photo editing, or short-form video editing skills is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
  • Amenable to fully onsite work in Poblacion,Makati.
