You will develop engaging content, coordinate campaigns with internal teams, and support activations for branding and promotions across estate destinations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Tourism, Advertising, or related field.
• At least 5 yrs of relevant work experience is required.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital engagement strategies.
• Creative and innovative mindset with good storytelling skills.
• Knowledge in photography, videography, graphic design, or video editing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s estate-related social media platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging digital content and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, engagement, and audience insights.
• Ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms.
• Support destination activations, events, and tourism campaigns through digital and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal locators, Residential, Hotels, and commercial for content collaboration.
• Assist in creating social media hype, online engagement, and destination visibility.
• Support user-generated content campaigns and online community engagement initiatives.
• Help strengthen public awareness and destination recall through digital engagement strategies.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with the branding direction and destination identity of each estate.
• Support campaigns that position developments as vibrant, communal, and experience-driven destinations.
