Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise security monitoring using SIEM and SOAR platforms.

You will drive automated incident response, tune detections, and work closely with security operations, threat analysts, and IT teams to improve threat detection and response effectiveness. The role requires 5+ years in SIEM/SOAR, strong scripting skills, and a solid understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and CIS Controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, IS or related field.
• At least 5 years in SIEM and/or SOAR administration, engineering, or security operations.
• Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize SIEM platforms for enterprise security monitoring.
• Develop automated incident response playbooks and orchestration workflows.
• Automate alert triage, threat intel enrichment, and security workflows.
• Integrate SIEM/SOAR with ticketing systems and threat intel platforms.
• Collaborate with security operations teams to improve detection and response.
