Job summary

GLOBAL PLAY HUB INNOVATIONS CORP. is seeking a senior SEO leader to manage and develop SEO strategies for online gaming websites. You will oversee on-page and technical SEO, conduct audits, and drive improvements in rankings, traffic, and visibility.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in SEO leadership within the online gaming space, with strong analytics, reporting, and team management skills. This role is onsite in the Philippines and requires coordinating with the SEO Operations Head.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of professional SEO experience, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Experience in the iGaming, online gaming, sports betting, or related online gaming industry.
• Proven experience leading, managing, and supervising an SEO team.
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, content SEO, keyword strategy, and backlink strategies.
• Proven track record of improving keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
• Experience developing SEO workflows, SOPs, quality-control processes, performance reports, and SEO strategies.
• Proficient in Google Search Console, GA4, keyword research tools, crawling tools, rank trackers, and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the current SEO team, including task assignment and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with the SEO Operations Head regarding strategies and priorities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for online gaming websites.
• Establish systematic SEO workflows, SOPs, quality standards, trackers, and reporting procedures.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
• Oversee on-page, technical, content SEO, internal linking, and site structure.
• Review SEO titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, keywords, content, and internal links before publication.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, indexing, impressions, and CTRs.
• Identify ranking drops, indexing issues, and SEO risks.
• Coordinate with content writers, developers, designers, and backlink specialists.
• Coach and train team members and evaluate performance against KPIs.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Manage multiple websites and priorities; ensure deadlines and quality.
• Ensure SEO strategies and outputs meet deadlines and quality standards.
