Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino.
• At least 3 years of experience in SEO content writing.
• Adept in using AI writing tools.
• Outstanding overall writing skills in different styles and tones, with impeccable spelling and grammar.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig (hybrid setup)

Responsibilities

• Premium Content Development: Manage the drafting of high-tier and complex accounts. You will ensure all output remains technically sound, SEO-compliant, and aligned with specific project parameters.
• Content Optimization: Review, proofread, and enhance drafts to improve tone, authority, and clarity before client submission.
• Market Research: Conduct research to produce fresh, relevant, and engaging topics and copy that utilize SEO best practices to boost organic rank and traffic.
• Standards Oversight: Ensure all content adheres to meticulous SEO standards and Singapore MOH guidelines.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs to identify structural opportunities for content improvement. You will contribute critical insights derived from data and team performance to foster departmental growth.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the content manager to co-lead brainstorming sessions and propose initiatives that streamline internal processes and improve work quality.
