Job summary

CyberOne is a pure-play Microsoft security partner delivering Defender and Sentinel solutions to clients worldwide. We seek a Senior SecOps Engineer with strong Microsoft security background to implement, optimize, and automate security operations for customers.

The role involves working within a SOC-oriented delivery team, maintaining high-quality reports, and mentoring junior members. Remote work with occasional travel is available.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications (AZ-104, SC-200, AZ-500, AZ-305) are preferred.
• Security Engineer/SOC Engineer background.
• Ability to lead and design automation/scripting in SIEM Tools.
• Experience with SIEM solutions such as Azure Sentinel, Splunk, McAfee, Rapid7, LogRhythm.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and support of Microsoft security products - Defender, Sentinel SIEM and adjacent tools.
• Designing and refining engineering standards and best practices.
• Conduct periodic tenant health check assessments, audits, and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with SOC Analysts to improve security event detection capabilities.
• Research and implement new technologies for SOC use.
• Deploy automation to improve SOC operational effectiveness.
• Assist with triage and resolution of incidents.
• Draft reports and customer-facing documents to a high standard.
• Stay updated on cyber vulnerabilities and Microsoft security technologies.
