Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD Billing & Pricing Consultant to support SAP Operations in Pricing and Billing. The role focuses on delivering reliable order-to-cash processes, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvements across the S/4HANA environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SD Billing, Pricing, Rebate/Condition Contracts, and Revenue Recognition integration, with AMS support experience and strong stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of SAP experience with SD Billing and Pricing.
• Strong expertise in Rebates/Condition Contracts and Revenue Recognition integration.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Sales processes and OTC workflows.
• Experience in AMS support, incident management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP S/4HANA SD Billing and Pricing processes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor business-critical processes and ensure service continuity.
• Work with business users, functional and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Support month-end and year-end billing activities.
