Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines seeks an experienced SAP EAM/PM specialist to support end-to-end Plant Maintenance processes and resolve complex incidents. You will collaborate with ABAP and CPI teams, manage tickets, and drive continuous improvements across asset management operations.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in SAP EAM/PM with S/4HANA experience in AMS, and a proven track record of SLAs and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

8+ years SAP EAM/PM configuration, implementation, and production support.
End-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance processes and workflow management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM in AMS environments.
Strong incident analysis and SLA adherence across complex systems.
Collaboration with ABAP and SAP CPI teams to resolve integration issues.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP EAM/PM business processes including work order closure.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents in SAP PM within SLA targets.
Perform RCA and recommend short-term workarounds and long-term fixes.
Configure and optimize SAP Plant Maintenance functionality for evolving needs.
Collaborate with ABAP, SAP CPI, and other teams to resolve tech issues.
Triage tickets to identify config, data, training, or cross-team issues.
Develop functional specs for custom developments, interfaces, and reports.
Coordinate with stakeholders to implement solutions and resolve defects.
Educate users on resolution and preventive best practices.
Support SAP releases, HRSP updates, and regression testing.
Support UT, SIT, and UAT activities with test scenarios.
